Because our services are customized to each client’s specific needs, we do not offer full refunds once work has begun. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the client cancels a project before work has started, a refund minus administrative fees may be issued.

• If the client cancels a project after partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

• No refunds will be issued for completed projects, digital marketing campaigns already launched, or services fully rendered.

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to contact@techenovative.com with a valid reason for cancellation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Paid consultation sessions

• Third-party service fees (e.g., hosting, domain registration, paid ads budget)

• Graphic design work once concepts have been shared

• SEO and marketing services once any work or campaigns have been initiated

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us at contact@techenovative.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue amicably. Formal disputes will be governed under the laws of Bangladesh.
