All fees for services must be paid according to the terms specified in our proposal or agreement. Payment is typically required upfront or as per a milestone schedule agreed upon in writing. Tech Enovative reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, content, and cooperation to enable us to perform the services effectively. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Tech Enovative during the course of a project (e.g., websites, designs, marketing materials) remains the property of Tech Enovative until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tech Enovative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our maximum liability to the client for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Tech Enovative for the relevant services.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Refunds, if any, will be provided at the sole discretion of Tech Enovative, depending on the stage of work completed. A cancellation fee may apply.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
